Shipping & Returns


Legion of Noir strives to provide an incredible shopping experience and superior customer service. If for any reason you are not content with your order, we gladly accept returns and exchanges for US and Canada orders within 30 days from the date of shipment and in new, unused condition with original packaging.  Some items purchased through special promotions may be final sale, and therefore not eligible for exchanges or returns (please refer to promotion disclaimers for the terms of each offer).


Shipping processing time

Please allow up to two business days processing time for your order to be shipped. We are closed on weekends and holidays, orders are processed during business hours 8-5pm Monday-Friday.

Transit time does not include processing time. Orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail depending on the package weight or customer selection during checkout. Domestic orders typically arrive within three-five business days. As soon as your order ships, you will be provided with a tracking number via email. 

International Shipping / Customs Fees for Online Orders
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Unfortunately, we are only able to estimate VAT, duties, and taxes. When choosing your shipping method, you will see an estimate of duties and tax that you might be charged. When choosing an estimated shipping option, in most cases we will ship your package duties and taxes unpaid. Some international addresses might provide the option to ship with duties & tax prepaid when shipping via DHL. Please be aware that these duties and tax are the customer’s responsibility and are beyond our control. We advise that you contact your local customs office for information on these charges should you have any questions.

Shipping and handling charges are based on your subtotal order amount, calculated after applicable discounts and before sales tax. 


What is eligible for a return?

Items that are in their original condition: unworn, unused, unwashed and with original tags and packaging.  Items that are not in this condition will not be accepted. Defective or damaged items may be returned at any time.  Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. 

Additional eligibility notes:

Intimate apparel & Swimwear must have the original price tags and hygienic liner intact.

New Sunglasses may be returned within 30 days if accompanied by the original receipt, with tags attached.  Defective sunglasses can be returned at any time.

Do I need a receipt to return an item?

To receive your return, we require a receipt invoice or original credit card proof of purchase.  Gifts returned with gift receipt (invoice) will receive a gift card in the amount of the purchase price.  Gift returned without gift receipt (invoice) will receive a merchandise certificate by mail in the amount of the current selling price.

Can I return my gift card?

Gift cards are non-refundable.

I want to return an item that was a gift?

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.


What happens once I return my item?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

How do I receive a refund?

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.

I haven't received my refund?

If you haven't received a refund, first check your bank account or credit card account.

It may take some time before your refund is officially posted on your credit card.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Will I be charged a shipping fee for an exchange?

No, exchanges are free.

Will there be shipping costs for returns?

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

How long before I receive my exchange?

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
