Mindful thoughts for anxiety

In practicing yoga we must quiet our minds to see our true selves/self (drastuh).

The mind is like waves, or muddy water.  To see the true reflection, the mind must be calm and clear without any ripples.

Watch your thoughts and become your own analyst in your life.  Turn selfish thoughts into selfless thoughts and become at peace.

Slow down and breathe, hold that breath for 4 seconds and then release. Repeat this exercise to relive built up anxiety or stress.
