Health is Wealth
So many reasons to be healthy, but why do you choose to be? Some may say their heart, or for extended years to life. Others may believe being healthy gives them a better mental state, or wellbeing. For myself, at first it was to of course lose weight. I quickly realized that health was way more than just simply going to the gym. I learned that health is apart of a culture of selfcare and maintenance of the mind, body, and spirit. That meant to be as healthy as I can be, I needed to fine tune clean eating, increase my workouts, and take mental breaks (time away). Healthy for me is being able to wake up everyday purposeful, and in charge of self. Seeking my daily assignments and striving to be the best I can be.
If you are looking to begin a healthy lifestyle, begin to think about your purpose in your journey. Why you want the change. What is one thing you can do to turn and old unwanted habit into a new purposeful habit? Do you wake up doubtful about something, change that and say, “it will happen!" Transform the way you do things by thinking first, then implement the change.
